Membership Benefits  

The Builders Association of Southeast Texas represents almost 100 associate members and approximately 50 builder members.  HBASET has a staff of three, so call the office at (409) 899-1001 or toll free 877-254-4915 to find out more about activities and how you can take that next step and become involved.  In time, you will see results!

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS: Face to face contact in a social setting with builders and builder industry vendors who share your same concerns about business regulation, economic development, taxes, etc.  A great Christmas party with hundred’s of Bingo prizes and a spring Crawfish boil that is a Southeast Texas Tradition! 

COMMITTEES & CLUBS:  Volunteer to work with industry peers in over 15 activities that help the association accomplish its goals and objectives.  Pictures of the volunteers are featured in the monthly newsletter.  You could have your picture appear in the newsletter and new clients would recognize you before you made the first sales call!

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER:  Published every month containing local, state and national news to keep our members on tops of their profession.   Advertising in the newsletter will give you constant exposure to the Golden Triangle building market and will reinforce the efforts of your sales people.

PARADE OF HOMES:  An opportunity to participate yearly in an area-wide Parade of Homes strongly promoted by the association office and local media.

MAILING LABELS & ROSTERS:  Current listing of all the HBASET members printed on labels or roster forms are available and ready for your direct mail piece. If you are a current member and would like to access the membership roster, please click on the following link or call the association office to have the roster emailed or faxed to you.

SPONSORSHIP:  Have your company name promoted with an HBASET event.  Every month we offer sponsorship at the general meeting.  Your company will receive an ad/feature article in the newsletter and given a 5-minute commercial at the general meeting.  

LEGISLATIVE REPRESENTATION:  Blue ribbon representation on builder issues in the state and national level.

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT:  An annual golf tournament to benefit the Home Builders PAC, and a lot of support for making your business grow and prosper.
