Budget/Financial  
Responsible for the development and submission of an annual budget for approval of the Board of Directors.

 

Crawfish Boil    
Annual event held at the April general meeting.  Sponsors of the event will receive recognition in the monthly newsletter, a sign with your company’s name displayed at the function and will again be recognized at the party.  Lot’s of fun and fellowship.  A crowd of 350 members usually attend this function.

 

Member Recognition/ Programs/ Membership  
Responsible for the recruitment and retention of members of the Association, and for coordinating the monthly meetings and arranging for program appropriate to the stated goals of the Association.

Golf Tournament/PAC 
 An annual tournament, funds used to sponsor the political action committee and other programs that benefit our Association.

 

Parade of Homes  
Greatest cooperative effort our Association undertakes.  A real “tradition” in our area, where builders enter in two categories to promote the best Southeast Texas builders have to offer.  Vendors participate by placing advertising in the Parade of Homes brochure that goes into the hands of people visiting the homes or by showcasing their products and services in the show home.

 

Community Service
Committee members work with HBASET members coordinating events that produce proceeds to benefit local charities.
